We currently only ship within Australia .
Shipping address cannot be changed once order/s has been shipped.
Order cannot be cancelled once order/s has been shipped.
To assist us processing your order, please provide your landline number as well as your mobile number.
For delivery to major State, Territory cities and their surrounding areas, please allow 1 – 2 working days from date of clearance of payment. For delivery to more remote or rural areas, please allow a further 1 – 2 days.
If there’s going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone.
There may be very rare instances where shipping charges may increase slightly due to incorrect data. Before proceeding with any order where the shipping charge has increased

Returns
biketool.com.au will only accept product returns where;
The product is faulty or is not of merchantable quality, or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
The product does not match the sample or our description,
and you can present your Tax Invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Warranty
All tools on biketool.com.au are engineered and manufactured to the highest quality standards and are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials. Any tool which fails in its normal useful life to perform satisfactorily, will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
This warranty does not extend to products which have been altered, abused, badly worn or used for a purpose other then for which it is intended.
