ONSITE PARKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You will be notified by email when your bike is accepted to the parking lot.
2. Once accepted, your photo will be added a file and stored for a period of 90 days only.
3. Only one photo/discount per account permitted. Discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer
4. Parking and associated discount is valid for 90 days only. You will receive email notification 7 days prior to parking expiry.
5. You may repark by emailing a new/different photo of your bike to onsiteparking@biketool.com.au in order to again be eligible for the 10% discount for a further 90 days.
6. The Bike of the week will be chosen randomly each Monday at 8.00 EST
7. The winner of the Bike of the week discount will be notified by email.
8. Bike of the week discount valid for only 7 days (until 7.59 EST the following Monday).
9. Each entrant is only eligible for the Bike of the week discount once in each 90 day period.
10. Photos must not be explicit in nature, and images must be the property of the account holder, and not subject to copyright.
11. The administrator of this site will not be held responsible for identifying features or information displayed in the photos, such as registration plates.
12. The administrator of this site reserves the right to refuse or remove photos from the site at any time, without notice.
13. The administrator of this site reserves the right to cancel discounts, benefits and validations at any time, without notice.
